October 1996 Established subsidiary Communication Computer Technologies Inc. (now Computer and Communication Technologies Inc.) in Delaware, USA with the goal of developing and operating a charging and billing system as a value-added offering for enterprise focused mobile telecommunications services.
December 1996 Certified as a General Type II Telecommunications Carrier by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (now the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications), No. 7504.
January 1997 Started offering Telecom Service, a mobile phone service for enterprises.
September 1997 Moved headquarters to Kita-Shinagawa, Shingawa-ku, Tokyo.

Started Application Service Provider (ASP) business under the trademark of b-mobile to offer specialized applications and content for business activities related to mobile phone embedded browser functions.
Initiated international mobile phone rental service.

2001
Reached agreement with DDI Pocket (now WILLCOM) to provision a PHS data communications service in order to develop a new MVNO business.
October 2001 Initiated corporate service under the name of b-mobile Data Service (now INFINITY CARE®).
December 2001 Began to offer data communications cards and one-year unlimited wireless Internet use as a packaged wireless data communications service through PC wholesalers under the name of b-mobile Prepaid Service (now b-mobile).
Initiated offering of Web Accelerator to improve perceived speed.

September 2007 JCI launches world's first terminal designed exlusively by and for an MVNO - the b-mobile USB Internet Card.
November 2007 MIC Minister Rules on Interconnection between JCI and NTT DoCoMo.
December 2007 JCI interconnects with NTT DoCoMo's FOMA i-mode network, becomes the first MVNO to interconnect with DoCoMo.
December 2007 JCI launches the Keitai-PC service, an MVNO service enabling corporate e-mail to be sent and received directly on FOMA mobile phones and enabling users to securely access their corporate intranet from their FOMA phones.
