JCI innovated and practiced the MVNO business model for the first time in the world. The agreement with Docomo in February 2024 enables JCI to interconnect with all the data, voice and SMS networks of DOCOMO in addition to the existing data communications network, and in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act, JCI will be able to use Docomo's network on a cost basis. At the same time, JCI will be able to be allocated mobile phone numbers (the phone number starting 070, 080 and 090) by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications directly. It gives JCI more flexibility in its services. JCI considers it Neo-Carrier, in other words, the birth of new carrier.

JCI will have a tremendous advantage in both cost competitiveness and service provision ability over other MVNO operators. Also, in comparison with major mobile network operators (MNOs), JCI will achieve low-cost operations in various aspects such as network construction, operation, and personnel costs, positioning itself as a next-generation telecommunications carrier with a competitive advantage.
