(TSE Prime: 9424; hereinafter referred to as "JCI”) is pleased to announce that, as of December 3, 2024, it has entered into a contract with ng-voice GmbH (Headquarters: Hamburg, Germany; CEO: David Bachmann, hereinafter referred to as "ng-voice"), the developer of the Hyperscale IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) solution for its voice services.
As previously announced on February 14, 2024, JCI is working towards the launch of its "Neo-Carrier" service by May 24, 2026. This service will be realized by connecting voice, SMS, and data networks to MNOs, breaking free from the constraints of MNOs. JCI has already begun constructing its voice and SMS networks, and the implementation of ng-voice's Hyperscale IMS solution marks a significant step toward the realization of its Neo-Carrier vision.
In recent years, the full IP transition of mobile networks and advancements in cloud technologies have made it possible for JCI to build its Neo-Carrier infrastructure with unparalleled cost competitiveness.
