ng-voice GmbH (Headquarters: Hamburg, Germany; CEO: David Bachmann; hereinafter referred to as "ng-voice") and Japan Communications Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; COO: Naohisa Fukuda; TSE Prime: 9424; hereinafter referred to as "JCI”) have agreed to collaboratively work on developing and implementing the new services brought by the integration of ng-voice’s IMS solution and JCI’s FPoS digital ID technology.
ng-voice is the leading software house focusing on providing its Hyperscale IMS solution to the MNO and MVNOs around the world. With its cloud-native and highly automated architecture, ng-voice’s IMS solution has scalability and flexibility, which allows major enhancements to the IMS such as data channel by IMS authentication. By using the Hyperscale IMS to enable multimedia channels between the end users, the data channel solution will provide secure data communications between the two parties, in which FPoS can send and receive digitally signed data or documents in the background. This will provide the most secure and the easiest-to-use communication using voice and data session at the same time.
When an end user is shopping on the telephone, he/she can send the digitally signed order as well as the payment. This will provide easy-to-use telephone shopping experience. Administrative procedures can take place over a phone call, again with sending the digitally signed document in the background. There is an unlimited use case of this integration of voice and data session.
